Upon Arrival in India
And blessed be the man who finally returns, And
blessed be the land he religiously yearns;
One in the other, the other in name,
Together, united, the water to stream,
To land of my being, so welcome I find, The touch of a woman caressing my mind,
For though we be parted by ocean and time, I find you as clear as tear in my eye,
Though time be'eth short that we may now share, I
pledge you this promise til death leaves me bare,
Forever
eternal I pledge you my Being. |
